I have joined Seng Tat’s coaching session for 2 months and I highly recommend his coaching sessions to others because he has helped me to identify the root cause effectively by asking sharp questions after understanding the whole scenario. His questions have helped me greatly in terms of thinking deeper, staying focused and uncovering blind spots so that the core issues can be targeted and worked in a more strategic and practical manner.

Seng Tat has been very consistent in following up with my committed action plans to ensure I’m heading towards my goals. What I like the most was he has been reminded me to speak from my heart, and this is a great “tool” for me especially when I communicate with my teammates as it strengthens our bonding and thus, my team members are able to head towards the same direction better.
